“How often did you call her? I’ve just found her name in your phone list.” Oops, I forgot to delete it. “You have there her residence’s no. her boarding house’s no. and her mobile’s no. So complete hah. My number. I didn’t see mine there.” Shit, she asked me why I had not saved hers in my phone list.
“I don’t have to save your phone no. I already have them in my memory. Try me, your resident’s no is 530?????, right?” Ooops, it was wrong. I said it loudly with confident but it was wrong.
That night, my wife was upset. My mistake for not cleaning up my phone. Girls.......

A partner for life is the one who you can share with, who you’re comfortable with, not only comfortable to have sex with but many other things. It’s true that an expressive girl is easier to handle but don’t use it as a main factor to make further decision. Consider other things! Culture background, interests, education background to avoid communication gap and other things I can’t think of right now.

He has not forgotten...
Two people denied Jesus the night before His death: Judas and Peter.
Both wept for their mistake.
What was the difference between the two?
Judas turned away from God and judged himself.
Peter repented, went back to God, and let Him forgive and restore him.
Never underestimate the power of Jesus to forgive and restore.
'God doesn't take back the gifts He has given or forget about the people He has chosen.' (Romans 11:29)"

Today’s second year’s death anniversary of Stanley, my boss’s son. Everybody is busy. There is gonna be a mass tonight. Probably around 20 priests will present including one bishop.

Just back from Singapore. I was there from last Thursday early morning until late last night, arriving home at about 11.30 pm.
Everything went well. The holy matrimony mass was full with guests from different countries, mostly from Jakarta and Singapore, I think. Three priests from Jakarta celebrated the mass and one priest performed his duty as a reader. Mgr. Mandagi delivered an interesting speech about love, that love is a gift from God. Fr. Agus Ryadi, as a reader, performed his duty very well based on the text He and I outlined the night before. Fyi, Fr. Agus is the one who blessed my house about a year ago. The other priest, Fr. Yustinus Ardianto did very well also. Fyi, Fr. Yus was the celebrant at my wedding mass on 22 February, 2004, about three weeks ago. The choir sang so beautifully that much attention was given to them. I forgot to tell you that all alleluias were taken out from the order of mass because of Lent, including ‘Alleluia’ by Handell that was supposedly sung by the choir.
Handling about 30 individuals proofs to be not that easy as it seems. Luckily, everything goes well although with some minor unpredicted incidents. What a tiring weekend.

I taught at SMAK Penabur this morning. What an experience! My audience is third grade students of high school. Wanna know the topic? Reported Speech.
I haven’t touched my grammar book for quite a long time and suddenly I have to teach reported speech. Luckily, my collection of grammar books are still there and internet helps me a lot in refreshing my mind. The Grammar Book by Marianne Celce-Murcia & Diane Larsen-Freeman is my main book, the others are Colins Cobuild English Grammar, Fundamentals of English Grammar by Betty Schrampfer Azar and A Practical English Grammar, Exercises 2 that contains lots of execises.
Everyhing went well. I taught for 1 hour, accompanied by the principal and the English teacher who both sat in the back. I started with examples of Yes/No Questions in quoted speech and explained how to change them into reported speech, followed by questions using question words. The students’re quite active, they’re willing to participate.
An hour passed very fast. Before having an opportunity to introduce past forms, the bell rang and I had to stop. All the students stood up and greeted thank you before I left the class.

I have been very busy handling transportation and all related matters for those who are going to Singapore for Astrid’s wedding this Thursday. My entourage will consist of choir members, priests including one monsignor, photographers and cameramen. There are about 50 persons in total.
We will depart on Thursday morning at about 8 o’clock. Some will take Garuda and some Cathay. We will arrive at about the same time although at different terminal in Singapore. Westin will be our hotel because it is near to St. Joseph’s church, under 10 minutes’ walking distance, I suppose.
The wedding mass will be on Friday at 1 pm. We will be there…
