My computer at home was infected by viruses and I brought it to my office and asked one of the computer guys to fix it. After more than 2 weeks, I was informed that it had to be reformatted because it was heavily infected and could not be saved. I approved of it and was ready to lose all my data including all *.jpg and *.mov files taken by my Casio Exilim EX-S100.

Later at home, I told my wife that my computer was to be formatted and I didn’t mind losing all data including photo files. What’s her reaction? You guess lor…

Immediately, at 10 pm, I gave a call to Arief, the computer guy, asking him to backup all files with jpg, mov and avi extensions, saying that he could delete all other data except the files I’d just mentioned.

My computer is not back yet but at least I am sure I don’t lose any photo files. Have you gueesed my wife reaction? :)

Today’s our first wedding anniversary. Unnoticed, it has been a year since we got married. Time flies.

I have my own family now with a son. I have never imagined that I’ll get married and have a son that soon. Again, life is unpredictable.

Wondering what our activities are on our anniversary?

I drove my wife to see a doctor this morning to treat her sinusitis. Later we had lunch at Healthy Choice, a restaurant selling organic food just next to the hospital. Dropped my wife home and I headed to the office.

Today is Andrew’s first time visit to a doctor except for the immunizations. He caught cough. The doctor prescribed him medicine mixed with sweetener, 20 sachets, three times a day. It should be for a week. Hope he’ll get well soon. It’s uneasy to see him coughing.

He is scheduled to get immunization next week. I will have to postpone it until another week making sure he is fully fit.

Treo 650 GSM version is hitting shelves in Jakarta starting next week and I have to be ready to set aside at least 6 (read six) million rupiahs to get my dream gadget. I have been using Treo 600, its brother, for about 2 years and it’s time for me to get a better one.

Check out this powerful Palm-powered smartphone here. Can’t wait…

Yesterday’s the first time I brought along my son to the church with us since his baptism. We went to St. Petrus & Paulus, Mangga Besar. The church was half empty because it’s raining. Andrew seemed to enjoy the mass, maybe he’s used to it because he went to church regularly since he’s in his mom’s womb.

Do you think I should bring him to church next week? If you think I should, then he will have to skip his bath and his cereal. I am thinking of starting bringing him along every week when he is one year old. Never mind, let’s see later.
