Diversify! It is a key word in investing. It’s becoming more important to diversify in the middle of global economic crisis. Almost every sector is affected by the crisis. If we diversify our portfolios from the very start, the crisis will have a minimal effect in our total assets. No matter how much your total assets are, you are advised to diversify. At least 50% should be invested in conservative products and you can put the other 50% in more sophisticated products.
Conservative products include time deposits, gold, properties, savings whereas sophisticated products are usually related to the capital market.
