I flew to Singapore by Singapore Airlines (SQ) last weekend. You may think I am a spender. No, I am not, don’t get it wrong. It’s a special offer by SQ for its morning first flight. Fyi, SQ first flight to Singapore is 6.20 am. You know what it means? It means you must get up at 4.00 o’clock in the morning to catch the flight. Cheap fare means sacrifice. We sacrifice our sleeping time for cheap air tickets.

The tickets we bought are non-transferable, non-reroutable, non-refundable and nonendorseable. Minimum passengers is two persons, minimum stays is two days and maximum stays is 2 weeks. So many restrictions…

What are we doing in Singapore in the weekend by leaving our sons at home? My wife’s friend delivers her second son there. We were there to see her. Congratulations!
